The Chief Customer Officer is one of our two most senior positions.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading teams to success through extraordinary customer experience from the first time they learn about the company, through all interactions and purchases.

What it is:

Alfrea is a new technology-based platform that has been created to change people’s relationship with fresh goods by providing individuals an opportunity to take greater control and have greater involvement with it. The company is based on multiple trends that show a growing concern over health and food quality, a growing desire to grow-your-own and get back to the earth, concern over lack of access to fresh whole foods and a growing entrepreneurial and sharing society.

What we do:

We empower people who want to grow their own food but lack land, time, or knowledge. Once grown we provide a hyperlocal marketplace for people to buy and sell homegrown food.

What Airbnb did for the bedroom we intend to do for the backyard and what Uber did for ride sharing we intend to do for garden service that combined with an online marketplace to buy and sell food.

About the position:

  • A CoFounder is an entrepreneur in every sense of the word. They are excited about building a business and have skills to match their excitement. They are strategic, tactical and a risk taker. They understand and are excited by what it takes to build a business. They understand starting a business is risky and yet also satisfying. They know it can take long hours, it requires investment and may require periods without pay. We are seeking someone who is a true Co-Founder.
  • Alfrea is one of those unique opportunities to build a highly scalable business which could produce huge rewards if we as a team can scale it to reach its potential.
  • The CoFounder Chief Customer Officer is responsible for all activities which have direct impact on the customer. This includes develop our marketing strategy and coordinate across all aspects of the company from operations, through technology development and content marketing to deliver the right experience for customers and encourage their active participation and membership in Alfrea.com.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working in entrepreneurial enterprise in developing full go-to market strategy.  We are in the process of raising seed funding and have the interest of some market influencers.
